Founder / CEO

Having first worked in the Canadian mass-market food industry, Mark recognized consumer trends (as well as his personal lifestyle) shifting towards healthier natural preferences. He went on to establish Integra, a natural and organic products brokerage whose mission is focused on accelerating and maximizing the natural channel retail presence of our Canadian and USA brands represented.

Nichole Hastings

Brand Manager

Nichole brings more than 20 years of expertise to Integra, with her past experience encompassing nearly every channel of the industry: a family owned and operated health food store, sales representative for a major U.S. distributor, marketing and broker support at a major industry manufacturer, NNFA Regional Director, and Citizens for Health industry and regulatory liaison. Nichole works closely with our Brands, distributors, retailers and outside reps, GS1 Canada, as well as Canadian packaging regulatory agencies and in-house translator to assist in preparing your products for market and on-going management

Steven Liberman, an MBA graduate from Michigan State University, acts as an associate to Integra, offering our natural product vendors his marketing and business development services: strategy, brand marketing, event promotion and sponsorship projects.

Val Yandreski 

Sales Manager

Val brings to Integra over 20 yrs of diverse Sales and Distribution experience in the natural products industry through which she has developed strong relationships with key retail accounts and numerous distributors throughout Canada. With Val’s marketing acumen she develops winning go-to strategies for growing your brand, developing the right marketing and promo budgets, securing the best sales results. Her integrity and attention to detail in day to day communications and activities with distributors, retailers and our brands makes Val an essential asset to our team. 

Pareen Hassanally 

Western Canada Manager

Pareen began her journey in the finance sector, owning and operating various businesses until, as an avid “foodie”, she found her passion in the natural and organic food industry. With her savvy marketing expertise, she develops winning go-to strategies for growing our vendors' brands.  Put simply, Pareen has an eye on your bottom-line! 

Québec Sales Manager 

Sylvain Marchand

Sylvain brings over 20 years of sales and marketing skills in the very distinctive Quebec market. Having held various sales and management positions with a Quebec based natural products distributor and as a senior category buyer for a leading retailer, Sylvain has built solid relations with major independent retail and grocery chain accounts and distributors throughout his tenure. Sylvain manages our Quebec accounts, developes vendor marketing and promo programs with the goal of securing the best sales results in the territory for our vendors brands. 

Murielle Alloun  

Selling in the Canadian market requires CFIA compliant bilingual packaging and labeling. An essential part of our team, Murielle, our translator, brings over 30 proud years of translation expertise, with a creative marketing flair.
